Saturday September 19th Clinics
Tech Tamer 1.0 Blue (Coach: Linnette Gratton)
So you got the mtb basics in the bag but technical ups and downs messing with your mojo. In this session you will tackle blue trail tech working on your slow maneuvers, momentuum, braking/body position and line choices to tame the tech in climbing and descending. This is what you need to ride the intermediate terrain of Three Blind Mice with confidence and ease!
We will end the day with some pump and flow!
Pump and Flow 1.0 - Blue (Coach: Natasha Lockey)
Does your biking feel like you’re dancing with a clumsy partner who keeps stepping on your toes. You’ve got a handle on the basic body position, are confident in picking your line but you’ve got no flow?
This full day session focused in the new Flow Coaster trail zone will give you the skills you need to be able to ride the trail, not your bike. We will be working on your balanced dynamic body position, getting your braking and line selection timing dialled in so your slowing down to speed up, which will have you riding faster, using less energy and feeling more in control than ever before and ready to tackle the trail without fear.
Drop It Like It's Hot - Blue/Black-ish (Coach: Jaclyn Delacroix)
This full day clinic begins with a drops session in the Rusty Muffler Parking lot. Once we have a solid foundation we will head into the Mice to put these new found skills into practice. We will spend the rest of the day on Sir Drops a Lot challenging ourselves on natural and built drops. For any one who has ever wanted to get air, and then keep getting it post class, this is the session for you.
Drops Clinic is designed for Intermediate and up level riders.
