The Course
One morning of bootcamp then one evening of mountain bike fitness training per week. This is a 5 week commitment to a fitter, faster and stronger you.
HOW LONG?
5 week commitment every Thursday morning at 6:30am and Tuesday evening 6:30pm-8:30pm
LOCATION
Bootcamps: Queensbury Elemental School [6:30am every Thursday]
Bike Training: various North Vancouver locations. [6:30pm every Tuesday]
Bike Training: various North Vancouver locations. [6:30pm every Tuesday]
Everything Else
Bootcamp Training: Comfortable clothing to run around for an hour, also bring a Yoga Mat and a set of hand weights.
Bike Training: We suggest a mountain bike for this training, as all sessions will be done on dirt, helmets are compulsory
