Ozmosis Training is stoked to offer mountain bike skills courses specifically for the girls! Each course focuses on a different element of trail riding. We believe the best way to learn to mountain bike is to mountain bike, and sometimes it helps to be with a group of gal pals.

MTB 101 (beginner skills clinic)
Not just for beginners: this course teaches the fundamental skills of mountain biking for any level of rider, including how to control the bike and brake with confidence. You will learn the techniques and skills to ride over varied terrain and build confidence and get your skills dialed in.
Is this Clinic right for you? You’re still fairly new to the sport or have ridden very infrequently. You can ride a bike on gravel trails or wider, smooth low grade single track. You are still working out shifting, climbing, descending and cornering. You don't yet have the confidence to navigate roots, rocks, and tight turns without walking.

Riding Technical Terrain - MTB102
Are you ready to challenge yourself by working on technical blue trails? Then this is the clinic for you. For the Begintermediate rider ready to push their riding to the next level and find flow on more technical terrain.
Is this Clinic right for you? You’re still fairly new to the sport or have ridden very infrequently. You can ride a bike on gravel trails or wider, smooth low grade single track. You are still working out shifting, climbing, descending and cornering. You don't yet have the confidence to navigate roots, rocks, and tight turns without walking.

Turning a Corner - MTB103
Generally, trails don’t go in a straight line. Learning the basics for cornering successfully and with confidence will boost your riding to the next level. This course takes you on the next steps of riding your mountain bike, for the begintermediate and up rider.
Is this Clinic right for you? You’re still fairly new to the sport or have ridden very infrequently. You can ride a bike on gravel trails or wider, smooth low grade single track. You are still working out shifting, climbing, descending and cornering. You don't yet have the confidence to navigate roots, rocks, and tight turns without walking.

Riding Technical Terrain - 202
I'm always Blue, Black if it "flows" but I really want to get better at those rocks n' roots and generally challenging terrain. If flowing the tech has eluded you then come spend the evening with us so we can show you how to turn jank into flow.
Is this Clinic right for you? You already have the FUNdamentals dialed, you've probably already been riding consistently for a year maybe two. You can climb and descend under control on moderately steep singletrack (Blue Trails) with some rocks or roots and are most comfortable at a slow and controlled pace.
